1985 DT150 Bogging down

"I just bought a boat with this motor. It works fine for 10 minutes but then bogs down. Ill keep the throttle 3/4 of the way open and every 30 seconds or so it will take off for a second. Im very new to this. Any ideas... Would anybody happen to have a manual for this motor??

The person I bought it from changes the spark plugs the day before he took me out to show it worked. An the Water pump was just replaced as well.... new gas."

BUT I did run Seafoam through the gas tank twice and BOOM... ... ... Problem solved.

The engine is running really good.

I do notice that when at half throttle it does occasionally have the tendency to want to slightly rev up, but when at WOT there doesnt seem to be a problem, any thoughts?"
