The engine cut-out switch is m

The engine cut-out switch is missing on our 1989 motor. Is it easy to fix and what alterntive is there to cutting the engine. At the moment I am pulling out the choke until it stops!

If so there is another kill switch (besides the conventional switch on the side of the motor) in the end of the tiller.

You just kinda press and hold the soft spot in the end of the handle.
