"hi everyone, my 2.3 starts and seems to run fine, but i noticed that the water tell tell only seems to work when i rev up, the flow is good, when i put it back to ide the flow stops and small puffs of light smoke appears,and it spits small drops of water.
is this right or is it possible new impeller needed
