"How can I check the fuel pump on this motor? If I crack the bleeder on the fuel filter and manually pump the primer, no fuel appears at the bleed valve. If I blow into the fuel line, and crack the fitting at the fuel pump, until fuel appears, the engine will run for a few seconds. and, is there a problem with putting an electric fuel pump inline with the mechanical one? or, would it even help?"
