"I have a 2002 40HP 4 stroke EFI that runs good for a few minutes then starts to lose RPM. When you check the primer bulb it is soft, you can pump it up and it runs fine for a few minutes until it does the same thing. Have change the fuel line and tried running the motor straight from a gas can and still have the same problem. What should I try next?"
