Can somebody tell me what the fuel consumption is like on the Volvo Penta Tam d41 A. As i am considering buying a boat with a pair of these engines fitted. Any particular problems with these engines ?

Fuel consumption on Tamd-41-a

Fuel consumption on Tamd-41-a depends on the boat and configuration it is installed in. I have a 29' boat with twin engines and burn 14 gallons per hour. I have a friend with a single engine in a smaller boat and he only burns 6 gallons per hour.
