Does the AQ125B have an idle a

Does the AQ125B have an idle adjustment on the carb? It idles now at a little over 1000 and i know thats a little to high..
 
Does the carb have a filter in

Does the carb have a filter in it? Im gonna try and explain what happens. When i first take off it runs on up to about 4500 rpm but if i keep it wide open it will drop down to about 4200? Could that be the filter?
