"I just picked up a 1963 Buehler Turbocraft in extremely restorable condition and Im not sure of what engine is in it! It has twin sidedrafts and the distributor is on the front left of the engine, but has 4 plug wires coming out each side instead of all 8 on top like a standard V-8! Serial# X-6828,, Its a Jet 35,18 ft,I believe! I would greatly appreciate any help,Thank you!"

Bueller Bobby!
What you have

Bueller Bobby!
What you have is a Prestolite distributor which is similar to the Mallory dist. with the flat cap 4 wires out of each side and the coil wire out of the front center. You probably have a Gray 188 HP or 225 Hp most Bueller turbocrafts were using the 225 hp eng. But I'm sure that dist. is a Prestolite series there should be a identifing tag on the side of the distributor with a model number. Hop I was of some help.
