"Motor will not start. Excellent running motor (was),ran it about 200hrs last year.Checked all the basic gas,ball,fueses,(that I know of).Turns over fast enough to start. Don't want to do anything to harm motor.Boat is in West Palm Beach Fla.

"Was it properly winterized? If not, the carbs may be gummed up and need a rebuild.
