"I have a 1986 VRO 60HP Evinru

"I have a 1986 VRO 60HP Evinrude. I just took it out of winter storage, put in fresh gas, put my garden hose water pump addaptor on and it fired right up as usual but after removing the hood I noticed gas coming out of the VRO pump. Are there replacement parts, kit, or does one have to replace the whole pump. Either way, can you tell me where the best place to purchase what I need?"

Many of those VRO pumps are rebuildable. Check with your dealership to see if a rebuild kit is available for your engine.
 
Pay very careful attention to

Pay very careful attention to where the gas is leaking from. I find that after storage the leak is likely to "disappear" after it tastes fuel for awhile.
