"The DENSO injector pump on my VOLVO PENTA 2030
is pushing fuel to the injectors, but the fuel has air bubbles.
The fuel tank feed the engine by gravity; no leak
on the circuit.
The return pipe to the fuel tank is at the same
level than the feeding pipe.
The fuel is perfectly clear until the injector pump.
Running the engine with the starter and opening the injector pump there are still air bubbles.
Any advices?"

"Are you making lube oil? That is caused by fuel dilutions, may be leaking into your sump & sucking air from the diaphram on your fuel feed pump. Where the hard fuel lines come off the fuel injection pump, make sure the delivery valve hold down nuts are tight. check your service book for the torque. If you bleed these lines it may have loosened the hold down nuts on the top of the pump. Also check and make sure the lines are tight at the hard line to the fuel injectors and that the return line is clear and running back to the tank."

"Thank you for your advice.
I'll check the feeding pump.
Unfortunately, I do not have a service book."

A bad injector can cause this problem, If tip is not seating properly compression gases can be forced back into the injector lines,Have also see similar problem where gas has added to fuel tank by brain dead fuel dock attendant. The gas in the diesel/gas mixture ,when under extreme pressure (injector pump )will cause the gas to turn into vapor (injector lines)
Best of luck"
