Engine will not open up at ful

Engine will not open up at full throttle and fades in and out rpm wise. Over 4000 rpm I run into pulsating throttle issues. This engine ran purfect in all ways until this winter season. I checked exterior fuel lines and no problem there.

chech your water fuel seperato

chech your water fuel seperator dump out into glass jar and look at bottom for water if so drain vst
