"Hi everybody,
My Honda 8HP emitts a sort of whine,howl only at about 1/4 throttle to apx 1/3 trottle then she quiets down at RPMS lower and higher than those mentioned, do u think I have a serious pron\blem here, any ideas as to what could be causing this?

"Thanks Just-In-Time, Can you comment on how to eliminate the noise from the belt. It appears to be a toothed belt, so how could it be slipping.Is there a way to tighten the belt ?

The motor is a 2007, just out of warrenty, go figure

Does anybody else have whining motors"
