"I trailer my boat over the winter, and the steering shaft thru the back of the motor is frozen, I can't turn the wheel, it's definitely the shaft not the hydrolic ram or piston. It's also not the engine pivot. and ideas on how to un-freeze the shaft? I've tried penetrating oil."
