OilFuel mixture and the type of oil for 36 merc

I bought a 3.6 mercury outboar

I bought a 3.6 mercury outboard. Could someone tell me the oil/gas ratio and should i be using outboard oil or regular 2 stroke oil. The serial # is 7166138.
