Changing gaskets with impeller on BF100

"I'm needing to change the impeller on 1987 Honda BF100 and was wondering whether any of the gaskets around the impeller must be changed at this point as well? (i.e., number 4 on attached link) Or anything else?
In addition, will gear oil leak out during this procedure? If so, is gear oil just poured into the foot or does it have to be squeezed in (in that case, where can I find needed tool)?
