Runs fine if you pump the bulb

Runs fine if you pump the bulb ive had the carb off and its clean also the bulb wont get solid when pumped is there a fuel pump
 
goto www3.sears.com and type i

goto www3.sears.com and type in 217585831 which is a 7.5 motor. goto engine assy. then goto view diagram. you will see a pic of your motor. on the side next to the carb base is a plate. it has 2 screws. if you take those out you will see a diaphram which is your fuel pump.

1965? wouldn't that be a Mcculloch motor? That digram is for an air colled Eska
