"I JUST BOUGHT A 2006 RANGER EQUIPPED W/225 AND AN ALARM IS SOUNDING ON OCCASION. IS THERE A GAUGE,CODE,OR SOME OTHER MEANS OF IDENTIFYING THE SOURCE OF THE ALARM OTHER THAN RETURNING IT TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTICS?"
 
what is a mil light and where

what is a mil light and where would it be located? is there a guage that needs to be purchased and installed? i don't know why this wouldn't be a standard part of the engine package.
