Need throttle gears for an eng

Need throttle gears for an engine. The only identification we found is seaking written on cowling and on the transome mount.
K700 2106A 742749 60 27407 R I Would appreciate any information.

"Tim, that's a 1973, single cylinder, 7 horse air-cooled motor built by Clinton for Mongomery Wards (store brand - SeaKing).

Clinton built the K700 over a few model years, but Wards only sold it in 1973.

The actual SeaKing model number for that motor (which you may find on it somewhere) would have been KTV27407."
