"I have a 1975 85hp evenrude,choke turn key fires up at about half throtle can go to max throtle.I disconected linkege,still ran at about half idle. I think carbs were rebuilt could the slow speed jets and the high speed jets gottn switched,or do you think the slow speed jets in both carbs are plugged Thank you!! I will take eny advice I can get."
