I have a 1995 125 elpto and th

I have a 1995 125 elpto and the throttle controls are very stiff and somewhat difficult to move. Are there any remedies for this or should I just live with it? Another question. When I speed up and the rpms hit about 2200 or so it goes from a nice steady increase to almost throwing you out of your seat. What is the cause of that? I should note that the throttle control is most difficult to move at that 2200 rpm range.

"Could be a problem in the control box, maybe something has come adrift? open it up and check that it is well greased up. also could be dodgy cables. Remove the cabels from the motor end and try shifting conrol box if it is still stiff I would maybe invest in new cables if the inners of the control box are in order."
