"Hey Bob,
If you look at the recent posts you should be able to get your answer. Your fuel burn consumption also depends on what type of injectors you have.

"Thanks John, I believe the injectors are N80 and the motors are J&T 310HP. I take a look at the recent posts for some info.

"OK, I got a fuel curve from J&T on the 671N's on the net. Being new to diesels and also a lack of knowledge the curve has two lines that start at 1400 rpms. The top line says FUEL CONSUMPTION and the bottom line says PROPELLER LOAD - FUEL CONSUMPTION. Both lines meet at 2500 rpms - about 17gals per engine. When I am trying figure the burn, which line should I be looking at, the top line or the bottom line?

Sorry for the stupid question but my learning curve is steeper than the fuel curve.
