I recently bought a 25'1970 Luhrs with a custom pilot house. She has the 120hp Lehmans in there. Prop needs to be replaced because of all the dings in there. After reading the posts I realize the cruise for this engine is 1750 rpms. What cruise speed should I expect with the right prop? Is 12 knots aiming high? Does anyone know of a good prop guy on the east coast? New York if possible? The engine runs great, oil gauge stays at 40lbs and temp doesn't go over 160. I am assuming this is all good? Any tips on this engine for peak performance? Thank You all in advance!!!"

"My 40' TT with a single 120 Lehman, burns 2.1 GPH @ 1750 RPM. This is per the FloScan meter and approx. 1000 gallons of fuel. The boat makes 7.0 knots at this RPM.
