hit a log last year ever since

hit a log last year ever since can not go over 10 or 11 mph took lower unit apart and replaced the cam shifter and it still does it need help
 
And you have checked ignition

And you have checked ignition timing and looked for a sheared flywheel key?????

Do the rpm's go up like normal, but just don't get speed? - that's a sign of a spun hub..."
 
motor takes off like normal un

motor takes off like normal until u get to 10 11 mph and then raps to 5000 rpm also with boat out of water u put in forward and turn the prop by hand it clicks but it does not do it in reverse
