"i have a 4.3 in a 86 searay that is about to die. i see that a replacement is $1250-$3000. a v8 5.7 is about the same price. my boat will handle a bigger engine i checked, but will my omc cobra handle it? hp on 4.3 is about 160hp(i think) and the 5.7 im looking at is about 200hp. do i still need gear change thanks"
