how long is the tube from water pump to power head
 
It's bascially as long as

It's bascially as long as the exhaust housing (plus a couple of inches). It goes from the waterpump cover usually up to the exhaust plate at the bottom of the powerhead and on some models there is more than one.

Why are you asking? if you are trying to fabricate one yourself you are going to have to remove it from the motor to get the exact length and configuration - I am unaware of any source which would give you a specific length...
