"I have a 20hp mercury that will go in reverse but has no throttle in reverse. Also neutral is not in the middle it is more on the reverse side. Forward operation works great. This is a hand twist throttle. When you twist it down it is forward when you twist it up it is reverse, and in the middel is neutral. How do I adjust this or do I need to dajust this? Any help will help me out. The only information I have on the engine is 0B354508. Please Help."
