"i have a 73 johnson 135 power shift 2
new stater and pluggs, and battery

when i test puggs all out the spark great
put one plug in and spark is weak
two in and spark is weaker
with three pugs in practicky no spark at all
can anyone help me motor wont start"

The symptoms indicate a weak starter motor / bad wiring / poor battery. THE MOTOR MUST TURN QUICKLY in orger for the magneto powered ignition to work.

there used to be a tool we could adjust the sensor gap to correct this also..go to rapair.com and look in the tech area..
