Engine has stood for 10 years.

Engine has stood for 10 years...wont start even with easy start...carb has been cleaned and ok...reed valves are not stuck and open easyly...has 62 psi compression on both cyls...plugs spark but not the best...even used a seperate perminant electric sparker from a battery ...another engineer suggests it could be crank seals kaput...but i still have some suction..the ignition coils do have cracks in them and this may explain a weaker spark...please help..what have i missed}}}

sounds like the ring might be stuck with 62 psi try squrting a little mystery oil in plug holes and let it sit for a while then check it
 
well London marine ive fitted

well London marine ive fitted 2 new coils ...2 new condensers...ive set the coils .oo2" clearance from the rotating magnet...which is highly magnetic....I have no better spark than before...the spark colour is yellowy/orange...not blue and fierce...what next.....ps i have got it running now but cant get it to idle ...cant see how to get the idle jet out....cheer michael
