That model is a 1968, twin cylinder built by Chrysler for Montgomery Wards.

Chrysler is long out of business, bought out by Bayliner (US Marine) who sold out to Brunswick (Mercury) with parts getting scarce..."

I also have a 20hp Sea King and would like to find out how to make the pull rope starter easier to pull. I am getting on in years and the pull starter kill my arm and I no longer can start it.
