"I need two pistons and rings for a 1966 Evinrude Lightwin 3HP. I also need a prop.I would also like to get parts for a 1964 Johnson 3HP. Also, can I switch parts between these two motors?"

The standard piston assy is part 376991 replaced by 0432739 PISTON&RING. Available for $53.84 each.

The prop is part 203919 but doesn't appear to be available.
