"The motor starts on 1st try,

"The motor starts on 1st try, works smooth for 40 seconds and stops. When trying to start it again it fails to do so, unless you increase the throttle directly from the throttle body when then it starts working roughly. Abnormal oil and water is being seen coming out of exhaust. The spark plugs are black and wet. Any suggestions what can cause such a problem?"

Carb flooding? Try pulling the fule line OFF after it starts and see if that makes a difference.

i have seen the exaust to be c

i have seen the exaust to be completely plugged with carbon on these models expecially if used for a kicker. pump primer bulb does it get hard? is fuel poring out carb or lower unit?
