MIXING WATER IN OIL IN LOWER UNIT FORCE ENGINE 120HP.1994 JUST TOOK A PRESSURE TEST APPLYIED 12PSI. TO LOWER UNIT SUBMERGE IT INTO BARREL ;NO BUBBLES OR LEAKS ;PRESSURE HELD FOR ABOUT 15MIN.I NO FOR A FACT THE GASKETS FOR STAINLESS SCREWS WERE SHOT COULD THIS BE THE PROBLEM.?Ricklonewolf

Yes, those gaskets could be the problem. Another thing I would mention is that the rotation of the driveshaft and propshaft will add one more factor that may contribute to the leak. So, I would not rule out the possibility that either the driveshaft seals or propshaft seals are leaking.
