Have recently bought a boat with 55 johnson & found a cook up inside tilt motor due to perrished insulation. It is a 3 wire type. I am OK with rewiring it (seems sound inside) but can anyone help me with the internal hookup. I am at a loss to work out how to wire it. Any help or diagram appreciated.
