Well, I ended up buying the 1964 River Queen with dual Ford 170's (100 hp).
The previous owner smashed the choke housing on one of the engines. Any idea on where I can find a replacement?

"If there's some similarity to the car engine carb you're all set. Don't make the mistake of using a car carb on a marine engine, though--just similar parts.

Still hoping someone can point me in the right direction...

What I really need is just the cover that goes over the little slide/choke thingy...round in shape.

Anyone?

"Well, Ed, you just have to do a little junkyard expedition and find a similar auto carb to take the parts off that you need. It's not gonna come to you!

"I'm buying an old Dearbo Eaton C model marine trans and have not been able to find any info on it.
Data, parts, repairability etc.
