Had the boat out at noticed that just after getting up to full throttle the engine rpms increased without any increased power from the prop. Is this likely a prop issue or lower unit issue?"

"Put a mark on the prop and also on the hub.Run it and then remove and inspect the marks.If they have moved, get the prop repaired"
