"I want to replace all my oil

"I want to replace all my oil seals this year on my lower unit. I had no problem removing the gaskets and seals from the water pump side, but when it comes to the prop end I have a question. After removing the prop thrust hub I can see 1 of the 2 water seals on the prop shaft. my question is do I have to remove the whole bearing assembly to drive out the seals from the "front" side, or is there some type of puller that will wrok on these seals?"

There are pullers made for removing prop shaft seals. They screw into the seal and then by tightening a screw against the prop shaft the tool pulls out the seal. It is possible to remove these seals with improvised tools, but it is important not to damage the prop shaft or the bearing carrier, or else the seals may not seat properly.
