1950 Spiegel Brooklure 15 HP I need some information

"Where can I find a parts or service manual for this engine. Also where can I find parts. I believe it is a 1950 Model. The label on the motor says either 105 or 150. It is scratched badly. All help would be appreciated.

"Trey, Spiegel only marketed the 1.5 horse Brooklure in 1950, so you have the year right.

The model number would be 230-50-1.

The entire Brooklure line was only sold between 1950-58.

The motors themselves were built by Gale which was a division of OMC (johnson/evinrude). The corresponding Gale model would be the "Buccaneer" model 1B10. You may have better luck finding a manual for a Gale, which would be the same (save the colour/decals).
