"I'm looking at a couple of power tilt units for this motor. I've seen the pics and it looks like they'll fit. I was wondering if anyone out there has a PT on theirs?
I also have an "engine overheat" switch just above the ignition. It doesn't seem to do anything and I don't think it is wired. I do have a users manual for this motor, but it doesn't address this. Any ideas?
I just got this boat/motor recently and have decided to keep the package intact. (1963 Thompson Sea Coaster)
As I'll be working on it all this winter I hope I can come here with and for information. It looks like a very informative board.
