i am new at this what is the b

i am new at this what is the best way to start this motor do you leave it in neatrul how many times do you choke do you pull it out of gear and give it throttle can someone tell me please i want to start the right way thanks
 
pump up bulb
push in key for

pump up bulb
push in key for choke
crank it over
u might need to use the warm up lever also
