Rpm cruise prop

I'm running a 1979 Marine

I'm running a 1979 Marine Trader with a 120 Lehman. I have been running @ 1750 rpms while only cruising at about 6 kts. The prop is a 4 blade 24 X 16. I have a spare 3 blade 23 X 16. Which prop should I use? I need another knot!

would need to know ratio of transmission 2.1 or 1.92.1 something like that
