I have 1983 Crusader 454's

I have 1983 Crusader 454's in a houseboat. Oil is being discharged out of the port engine exhaust. The compression for all cylinders is above 50 and I replaced the oil cooler. I also had the carbeurator rebuilt and the engine tuned. Any ideas? Thanks

Seven cylinders had pressure at 60 and one at 55.
 
IF those readings are correct.

IF those readings are correct...you have a problem with compression. My book shows 135-145 as normal and below 100 to be considered a dead cylinder? Anyone care to concur?
