"Hello all, should I put the trailer/boat up on jacks to get the weight off the tires? One tire is brand new & the other is in gd shape (no signs of dry rot) and I'm getting a new spare this winter. Any feedback would be appreciated.Thanks as always - dave

p/s i live in upstate new york (albany area) and winter gets pretty cold especially january and february"
 
It's always better to put

It's always better to put a vehicle up on blocks for periods of long storage to prevent the flat spot from forming permanently on to the tire.

Rubber is 8 or 9 years old with no signs of deterioration - so either jacking it up helps or I'm just lucky
