"I have a 1995 evinrude 115 intruder. The motor runs fine at half throttle, but when I put it past half throttle it revs up but it spit and sputters. I replaced the sparks plugs today and when I took the old ones out it looked like there was quite a bit of oil on them and around the cylinders. Also it ran fine last week when I took it out and then I filled up on gas and it started doing it. any and all help would be appreciated"
