LM340 manifolds clogged

Wasn't getting the amount

Wasn't getting the amount of water out the pipes so I removed the manifolds to find them all jammed up with rust chunks and old impeller parts...exhaust elbows too. What would be the best way to get these cleaned out?

"Hot tank at a machine shop. Be sure you ream out the tiny holes in the risers before putting them back on.

"It's an 1/8 inch thick gas welding rod. You can use a coat hanger wire as well. Just rod those tiny holes out reeeeally easy, so the wire doesn't snap off in there.
