Default I have an older 85 hp outboard

I have an older 85 hp outboard that was on a boat I bought about 6 months ago. To begin with the motor turned over fine and started pretty well first time. Gradually the motor became increasingly harder to start first time. Then started first time when out and about. Now I can't get it started. It has good spark. The fuel mixture I have been using is 100:1. Should I be using 50:1 and should I try some new fuel as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Battery is fine and connections good. The motor turns over but no start. I can see a spark when I hold out a spark plug and kick over the motor
