DO I NEED A SPECIAL TOOL TO TAKE OUT A HUB FROM OLD PROP AND PUT INTO A NEW ONE?

"If you are speaking of the rubber hub inside the aluminum prop, yes it needs to have a special cone to be able to push it into the prop. This should be done by a propshop that knows it's stuff. It is very dangerous and I wouldn't try it if you don't know what you're doing. I've seen many a prop split or break into pieces which go flying when something goes wrong."
