"This is my first time doing this so if I'm missing anything I would like some guidance
I removed the drain plugs from the exhaust risers, block and oil cooler--couldn't get the plugs off the exhaust manifold so I removed the hoses as well as all lower hoses and drained the water out of those---should I fill the gas tank and put fuel stab-il in it?"
