"I am restoring a 312/215 HP in my 1958 Century Coronado,

Does anyone know what color the motor should be painted?

I have a 64 resorter with a light green either 272 or 292, but the motor that came with the Coronado
is dark blue. Did Century change colors?

Any info would be appreciated.

"I have 3 Interceptor engines. 2 of which are the light seafoam green, and one old 312 that is red.

I have sprayed my engine in my Lyman (272) in Imron the original color, which had to be custom matched. The color does not exist to buy commercially.

I believe I found the light green paint in a spray can that Interceptor used.
It's specs are:
Maufactured by: VHT
Part Number: SP-131 Matches Ford Green
Hi-temp Engine Enamel 550 Deg f
 
That's not the right color

That's not the right color. It is too green.
Anyways.... Any color will do!
