Unburnt Fuel fumes comming out the Blo By Vents

I am new to this board but have been around boats for a while ,,,Hence asking questions??
I have a 34ft silverton conv, I have twin 270 crusaders the Port runs fine but the starb,has issues
1) Cant put the Delco dist.in base time mode
Brown to pink or ???
2) The engine has unburnt gas fumes comming out of the blow bye tubes
3) Compression good 115 plus or minus 3lbs for all eight.
4) This is driveing me crazy things dont make sence."

"Some distributors have "Electronic modules" in them, the module controls the spark and timing and advance timing"

IF you have the Delc

"Don,

IF you have the Delco EST system, remove the cap and you will see the module in the rectangular cut out used to plug in the snap connectors. It is about 3 inches by 2 abd about 3/8" thick. Two screws to remove it and the two cables just unplug by releasing the snap guard."
